“I’m Walking” Along the Lower Provo River

In the winter, the lower Provo River is a great place to get a little exercise, and walking is purported to be great exercise.

Gilgal: Utah’s “Alternative” Spiritual Vortex

After attending a beautiful Mass at the Cathedral of the Madeleine on Sunday, January 8, 2006, a group from work drove over to Gilgal Sculptural Garden at 749 East 500 South in Salt Lake City.


The Joseph Smith Sphinx is the most famous sculpture in Gilgal Garden
